We are delighted to welcome Dr. Shaun Evans, Director of the Institute for the Study of Welsh Estates (ISWE) and Lecturer in Early Modern and Welsh History at Bangor University, for a talk on Researching Welsh Country Houses & Estates.

Accessibility:

The Castle was built into a hill, subsequently the terrain is uneven with many steps, slopes, and steep footpaths throughout the estate, so sensible footwear is always recommended. This particular event will be held in the Coach House, we will have accessible parking available which avoids steps, but does include a slope via Stable Hill | Please read more here
